With just more than a week of voting left before the Nov. 6 election, here’s a quick, bare-minimum guide to what’s on your ballot in Whitman County. This guide covers the most basic essentials of the state initiatives and regional races so you can keep them all straight and decide which races you want to do more research on before sending in your ballot. Some voters will see additional taxing district propositions on their ballots. I have additional information on some of those proposals here.
Feel free to share this around to all of the time-crunched voters in your life. And remember: Ballots must be postmarked or deposited in a local drop box by 8 p.m. Nov. 6. No stamps are necessary.
